AT TC450LP - upgrade stylus, or cartridge, or new turntable?

I have had the same Audio-Technica TC450LP P-mount cartridge in a Technics SL-Q200 turntable for decades now. I didn't listen to vinyl for a long stretch in there, but I am buying and listening to more records these days and feel like it's time for an upgrade. I'd like to hear thoughts about the following:

• Replacing the stylus in the TC450LP. Recommendations?
• Replacing the TC450LP. Again, recommendations?
• Ditching the SL-Q200 and getting something new.
