Hotwire as an ISP?

Been looking to give further options in my community for the Internet besides Cox. We approved AT&T/Blackrock's Gigapower but they are either dragging their feet or unable to get permitting.

One option seems to be Hotwire Fision. Before even considering forcing a monopoly into our community, I wanted to reach out and see if anyone has experience with this company?
