I need HELP BAD

I’m in chapter 4 during the Titan fight. I’ve been playing true pacifist, so I haven’t saved weapons, and normally traded them in for money. Well NOW I can barely fight the titan. Is their any way for me to backtrack in chapter 4, possibly find a money glitch and buy decent weapons? I have no other save files either. Should I start over?
