Dreamt of Grandma

I don't know what to make of this dream. So last night, my dead grandmother came in my dream, she's been dead since 10 years now.

In the dream, she was just sitting and I was holding her hand while the skin of her forearm was being peeled open automatically and I couldn't do anything to stop it, I felt very helpless, I could see her in pain but in the dream I realised that this is just a dream and she's not really in any pain.

After I woke up, I was just confused, there wasn't any sadness.

What do I make of it? Was it some kind of message?
