i 18M what do i do to be more dominant towards 20F

TL;DR 18M i want to be more dominant over voice/call towards 20F but i’m too awkward and nervous and don’t know what to say, does anyone have advice or can help me and give tips?

18M, i want to start being more dominant over voice(not sex) with a person i love(20F) because they REALLY like it, i just get too awkward and nervous to say anything, i really need help and tips on how to start and what to do, i want to get better because i want to pleasure her and i just want to be more dominant for her as she wants it, we’ve also known each-over for over 5 years now.
