Using Jotform for recruitment pipelines

I’ve been using Jotform to manage internship applications and build an early candidate pipeline while our team grows toward a full ATS. The drag-and-drop builder and conditional logic make it easy to standardize intake without engineering support. Not a replacement for an ATS, but it works really well for early-stage recruiting workflows. Curious if others are using it this way too?
