What's going on with AYN?

So I knew I was in for a horrible customer experience when I bought the Thor after my hurdles with the company in the past, but this time it genuinely feels like the company disappeared.

They haven't updated the shipping dashboard in close to two weeks, they aren't responding to emails... No updates on their site about any sort of holiday.

Does anyone have any idea what's going on with them? I ordered the Thor almost 2 months ago now and it hasn't been shipped and I genuinely feel like they might have rugpooled us and ran away with the money.
