**Hello Reddit!**

MOTA Creations is a one-person silicone casting operation based in Northern Colorado. Original sculpts, platinum cure silicone, handmade start to finish. I design the models, print the molds, finish the positives, and pour every unit myself.

The five models shown are the founding lineup, built while I was developing the production process and refining what MOTA actually is. They belong to a faction called The Dominion, the first chapter in a larger world I'm building around the brand. There's lore, there's a cosmology, and there are more factions on the way.

For now though, the *process* is the real story: original sculpts finished to an optically smooth surface before a mold ever gets involved, cast in platinum cure silicone by hand, one unit at a time. I love design, materials science, fabrication, and bringing anything 'inanimate' to life.

I want to talk about process as much as product, so if you're into the casting and finishing side of things, stick around!

Some of my models can be purchased as physical products, though if you want to try your hand at casting your own, I have [Print-and-Play Casting Systems](https://motacreations.com/product-category/print-and-play/) in which you can 3d print your own molds and cast your own toy!
