This is one of those setups where the risk is obvious, but the upside is what stands out

With early-stage mining companies, the risks are always clear.

No production, no steady revenue, outcomes still uncertain.

But what makes certain setups interesting is how the upside is structured relative to that risk.

NovaRed Mining fits into that category for me right now.

They’re working on a ~11,000 to 11,500 hectare copper-gold project, and instead of relying on a single target, they’re advancing multiple zones simultaneously using geophysical surveys.

That approach alone increases optionality.

Instead of everything depending on one outcome, you have multiple chances to identify something meaningful.

The technical side also matters.

Using IP and AMT surveys with depth reaching around 1500 meters means they’re not just exploring surface-level anomalies. They’re trying to map deeper systems where larger deposits typically form.

From a market standpoint, the stock already showed what attention can do:
roughly 0.05 CAD to over 1 CAD, about a 20x move.

But that move came before any defined targets or drilling confirmation.

Now the story is progressing into a phase where actual data is being generated.

That’s where the risk starts becoming more defined, but so does the potential.

Add in the broader copper demand narrative, and it feels like the company is operating in an environment where exploration stories can gain traction earlier than usual.

Not about removing risk, but about setting up a situation where the upside has room to expand if things develop well.
