My Xbox 360 is not reading the fallout 3 goty discs

I went on r/fallout but I didn’t get any help. I just found out today that other people have had problems with the discs but i got the game to work after i fixed the problem by turning off the Xbox and than powering it back on again. I played the game for a little while and then I took a brake and now I’m trying to play it again and I have tried doing the same thing by turning off and on the Xbox but it doesn’t work.
