Loud static noise when joining a MS Teams meeting

Hello,

I have a

Dell Pro Max 16 MC16250 - 16" | Intel® Core™ Ultra 7 265H | 16GB | 512GB (Windows 11)

And it suddenly started playing a really loud white noise, but only when it is connected to a Bluetooth headset AND joining a MS Teams meeting or doing a test call.

I have tried below:

- All possible sound settings for the headset in Windows and Teams.

- Troubleshooting connected devices/drivers in Windows.

- Another pair of headphones (same issue persists?)

- Updating all drivers on the PC.

- Factory resetting the windows system.

- Tested other softwares/programs (does not have the problem).

- Updating BIOS.

I have no idea how the problem can still exist after these steps, so please help me!

It's my work PC, which is used quite a lot for Teams meetings in an open office setting ...
