Non-rolling stockinette bind off?

I am at the end of a sweater that is stockinette and the edge at the bottom isn't ribbing, it's a bind off like the video I have linked. I don't know if it's because its the whole width of a sweater, but it's still rolling for me. I have also tried an Icelandic bindoff, three rows of garter stitch, nothing is working. Is this a patience issue for me? Will washing and blocking prevent the rolling or is there another bindoff that will work better with a stockinette piece without ribbing? TIA!
