What country allows self employment on a student visa and work visa

I'm currently finishing a 3 year undergrad degree in mass media from India and I'll graduate in 2028.I plan on doing postgraduate abroad mainly because I want to get out of India(don't tell me not to study abroad just to immigrate). I want to pursue a career in music so I'd like recommendations on what countries would allow me to pursue music and make money from it while on a student visa and on a work visa after my postgraduate. My main preferences are USA then Canada but I've heard you can't be self employed on f1 and h1b so if anyone could help me out I'd really appreciate it
