General Zepbound advice/questions

I was just wondering what options are available for affordable Zepbound without insurance? I recently found out that my insurance won’t cover Zepbound, but when researching i’m seeing that out of pocket for Zepbound is around $200-$500?? That is waaayyy too much money for me.. I’m looking for around the ballpark of $0-$100 and I’m starting to think that doesn’t exist? I feel desperate and at a loss because this is biggest I have ever been and I’m really struggling with my OSA, as well as my eating disorder. I feel like Zepbound is my last hope
