How to know if a guy likes you??

I’m a 21F and haven’t had a bf yet. I’ve went on dates, talked to guys etc. I am talking to this guy and he’s different than the others. Like my exact type on paper and we’ve been on two dates. I have a like a weird feeling about him that it’ll be different but don’t want to get my hopes up. Like he’s been super respectful, is looking for something long term, and likes to compliment me a lot. Idk if it’s a red flag but he talks to his friends about me. Like he says “I hope she goes out with me.” “Maybe I should take her to the amusement park.” Like very chalant so far. Also im super oblivious. It may be too early to tell but I was just curious as to what you guys would recommend or think? Whether it’s through words or actions we’ve only been talking for about two weeks.
