Are there any Gift of Gab quests with the option for Free Persuasion instead of Rhetoric Duel?

The tooltip says that some Gift of Gab quests will give you the option to win via either a card battle (Rhetoric Duel), or the AI chatbot feature (Free Persuasion). However, I can't seem to find any evidence of any Gift of Gab NPC that has the Free Persuasion option. Does this actually exist, or is this just an error in the tooltips?
