GPU from PC creates insane static, Gen 4 Scarlett Solo

Has anyone resolved this issue? Its been driving me insane, I have the Solo connected via the provided USB into the back of my PC, whenever I stream / fire up demanding games like RE: Requiem, I immediately get static that worsens over time, it goes away when I unplug and replug the Solo but its only temporary. Thankfully the noise isnt recorded on OBS and its only for me going into my headphones from direct feedback. Any solutions? Im looking into potentially getting JDS Labs Synapse to solve this but I'd like to hear of other options before dropping $60 on that..
