Question about surgery 2 extra ribs

So uhmm, i did a lot of scans and finally it has been confirmed, i have not 1 extra rib, but 2. One on the right and one on the left. I only have pain in the right side, the left side isn'ta problem yet, my surgeon suggested it should be removed, because it definitely could be a problem in the future.

The extra rib completely shuts off my artery if i lift my arm, so my heart rate is 0.

My questions is, would they remove both ribs in one surgery or is this too much?

I rather have them removed simultaneously so that i can recover fast and do everything i want to again.
