Does booster last longer on Battle 2 blue sponge or H3 orange sponge?

I was wondering specifically when using two layers of Haifu sea moon yellow booster, would the booster effect last a different length of time on battle 2 national blue sponge or Dhs h3 commercial orange sponge?
