Help a teacher out!

Hi guys!!! Kind of an odd question and not even sure if this is the right sub to post this but my twin sister is a SPED teacher for autistic kids and the upcoming weeks is state testing for her kids, she told me her kids are obsessed with streamers that rip open packs and I have a lot of bulk cards I’d like to pack for her kids as an incentive for studying for their state tests. I don’t keep any of the original packaging unfortunately but I was wondering if their was a way I could package them up so that they could still get the feeling of ripping it open and it being a surprise! I have a heat sealer so that won’t be an issue at all! Thank you in advance!!
