EFT tapping

Can I ask if Brad Yates tapping is good?

I don’t have any severe trauma, PTSD or anything like that. I have severe anxiety, especially health anxiety and I’d like to help that.

Or is there any other recommendations? There aren’t any specialists near me or I would go to one of them instead!
