[PC][1996-2002] Naval warfare game

Funny story, I only had this game briefly and then either my brother or his friends stole it and probably sold it for weed money.

Things I remember from the game:

* A screen with a top down world view of your ships/subs and you could assign their routes.

* I think it either manually or automatically switched to a combat screen when you were close to enemy ships.

* Dropping depth charges where you set the timer/depth. I can’t remember if I was the ship or the submarine, maybe both. After you set the depth the charges would drop and you would have a side view of them dropping in the water.

Every time I have searched for this game the classic Battleship PC games from the 90s come up but I specifically remember routing my ships through the seas.

Any help is appreciated. I have forgiven my brother for pawning my game for weed.
