Carnegie Steel Made Me Discover 2 Bugs, One You Can Exploit

I discovered the bugs together. The first one you can exploit for free company industry expansion. If you remove an industry expansion for a company, they retain their ability to invest in that industry. The example I had in this game was I removed steel from the generic tooling company so Carnegie Steel could expand. I noticed they owned zero steel factories and the tooling company owned them all. I watched and they were still expanding them in new locations.

The second bug was when I tried to fix it. I removed the whole tooling company, then reformed it. Apparently since it already did the prestige good journal entry, it can’t do it again. They can never produce prestige goods again after reforming.
