XAIO USB-C Pinout - questions before i start soldering

I need to tap the data pins for the esp32s3 usb port. I transposed the numbers onto the image of the s3 above. I found the drawing for the SMD part i believe is correct but curious if anyone has soldered directly to the D+/D- pins that can advise. A6/B6 are D+, A7/B7 are D-, if i am reading correctly.

are A6/B6 tied together on the PCB? My hope is they are so I dont need to solder 4 lines.
