Wth was this!?

I’m trying to figure out what the heck happened to me the past couple days. (Trigger warning) kinda gross description so close if you have weak stomach. So I came home from work Tues night feeling great and had a shower, brushed my teeth and got dressed for bed, sat down for a little tv when all the sudden my stomach turned and I had sudden diarrhea. While I was having that I suddenly started explosively vomiting and back and forth from diarrhea and vomiting for the next hour. I quickly got a high fever and nausea with firehouse vomiting for the next 10 hours. It was like a movie scene where someone was poisoned and I thought I was dying. The next day I was hurting so bad I might have been in shock as I couldn’t walk down the hall without running into the walls and in a completely confused daze. I took paid/ fever meds and hydrated and feel better today other than slight fever/ clamminess. What the hell was this!?
