Why I kept trading even though I wasn’t good at it in the beginning

I wasn’t good at trading when I started. (Even now)

Like most people, I made mistakes, lacked consistency, and didn’t really understand what I was doing. But I stuck with it.

One big reason is that this is one of the few things where I don’t need permission to continue. There’s no interview, no hiring process, no one deciding if I get to participate. If the market is open, I can show up.

I also didn’t have large capital, and I wasn’t comfortable risking my own savings early on. So this gave me a way to stay involved while learning without putting myself under that kind of pressure.

Over time, things started improving. Not in a dramatic way, but enough to see progress.

That was enough reason to keep going.
