What do you do if your Soulmate has been in your Prescence for years but you never realized they were your Soulmate?

It's only after receiving my recent Soulmate Sketch I've recognised the person in it as someone I work with but I've never once felt a spark with him or been attracted to him and never would have considered dating him or anything...what would you do in this situation?

Do I go for it anyway as I risk losing out on my soulmate forever if I don't try?
