Need help to decide between cpu

Howdy, I am upgrading parts for pc and need help decide between core ultra 265k, and amd 9800x3d.

Now, where my problem lies, in these time, I can afford ram with 6000mhz, from what I read, it is not that bad for the intel but not great either, while it is not a problem for the AMD.

Second thing, I play at 4k, so the 3d cache is not that usefull on amd.

And third, I won't be probably upgrading for another 6-8 years, and I wonder which of these two will be more future proof, since I am still angry that I bought i5 and not i7 like my wife which ages much slower.

Thanks
