Another 3-week(ish) Europe itinerary question - First-timer

Question — Itinerary

To start, I am traveling with my wife and 13 year old daughter and planning my trip for July/Aug 2027. I am open to ideas, but I am a foodie and want to explore Michelin restaurants and street food. My family will want to do more of the sights. Am I doing to much, should I avoid any of these places because my kid will hate me? I'm just very unsure. If any portion sucks, let me know what is better please!

As a note, I have a ton of Hyatt points, so the hotels will mostly be covered by that, and I have enough miles for my family to get to/from on United.

My initial itinerary is as follows

(Day 0 -4) Fly out of Denver to visit London.

(Day 4 - 10) Travel from London to Paris.

(Day 10 - 12) Travel from Paris to Bordeaux for a short trip to wine country, and stay at Chateau Pape Clemont (favorite wine of mine).

(Day 12 - 17) Travel from Bordeaux to San Sebastian.

(Day 17 - 22) San Sebastian to Lisbon

(Day 23) Fly home.
