As an ex Muslim woman with disabilities, I find Islamic rules to be unfriendly for people with disabilities

(Rant) 🤬

I am aware that Islam is an Arab supermacist religion which also is a misogynistic religion. I as an ex Muslim woman find it to be unfriendly for both men and women with disabilities as well because woman are expected to take in the caretaking role and be housewives and as someone with autism and ADHD those things are challenging for me because I am disorganized and have trouble with executive functioning. I definitely have some difficulties with doing the cooking and cleaning overall though I am trying to learn because every adults should at least have those basic life skills. I also find that to be be ableist towards men with disabilities such as autism because men are supposed to be the leaders, protectors, and providers which can be difficult for men with autism and sometimes other disabilities considering how high the unemployment rate is among people with autism and sometimes other disabilities. Like okay yes there are lots of women that are okay with the dynamics of them being housewives and husbands being the breadwinners including those who aren’t religious as long as they don’t have controlling husbands. I still don’t like how Islam along with other religions have a very rigid ideas of gender roles. I have dealt with so much ableism from the imams due to having adhd and memory issues which made it difficult for me to memorize the Quran.
