Globe card - Flight segments towards 15k LP

I know this card is relatively new but has anyone gotten this card this year after doing 4 segments? Does it dump that 5k LP into your account like the Executive card does with the 50k and 90k LP thresholds after signing up?

Want to get it but waiting for the 90k bonus again. Our travel policy at worked changed and can no longer use AAhotels so want to make sure I hit 200k LP again.
