First Abyssal Road Clear

Just did my first full Abyssal Road clear as Yakumo in Ninja Gaiden 4. Really hard for me and it was a battle for sure. Glad I got through it, but....... achievement didn't pop. Does anyone know why? Playing on Steam/PC. Had no issues with any other achievements.
