Bladder sounding e-stim

I’ve doing urethral and bladder sounding and it’s awesome. Urethral Estim feels so good and now I’m curious about going deeper to bladder estim. I’ve seen posts in internet people saying it feels very good but can’t find the tools built for this purpose. Anyone with this experience who may share advice? Thanks
