Planning a company offsite outside of the USA

Hi there! We're in the very early stages of planning a company offsite for 50+ people and I'd like to connect with other EAs here who have done this in the past for some ideas on format

We had a company wide offsite in 2025 but we'd like to switch it up this time. Anyone who had done planning in the past and would like to share how they made it fun and also meaningful? Please send me a DM or share in the comments below 🙏 Thank you!
