Check device usage time or battery life?

I bought an open-box “excellent” quality Portal from BestBuy. But when I got this it was clearly used, in fact it was still logged into someone else’s PS account and had their WiFi info. Fingerprints on the screen, etc.

Due to the price increase and lack of new devices in stock, I’m trying to decide if I just keep this and live with the “used” quality.

Is there a way to check how heavily used this was? I want to know how many hours were put on this screen and to be able to check the battery life. I searched but only found posts about checking the battery percentage, etc. I need actual usage hours info.

Possible? Any tips?
