Youkai rankings.

I mean more so for power here. Obviously, Devils for political reasons are Low-Special. But in reality are Low, Middle, High, Ultimate, Satan, and Transcendant for the purpose of this conversation. Angels/Fallen are 2-12 wings, Gods are split into non-combat/combat and regular and Chief. Dragons have Low/High, Dragon King, Heavenly, and Dragon God. Hell, we even know about Low, High, and Ultimate/Executive-Class Reapers!

Youkai just have.... nothing? Technically, Daiyoukai exists, but that's about it, and it certainly isn't explained much. Am I missing something, or do we just somehow not have proper power rankings for Youkai even though the story takes place in Japan and Koneko exists? I could kind of understand saying something like 'tail-ranking!' If it weren't for the fact that there are bird Youkai and the like.

So am I right in the fact that Youkai are horribly underrepresented in this case? If so, how would you have liked to have seen things done or added to better represent and flesh them out?
