ECE 301 or 302

Hey have a pretty tough next sem, taking 301 302 337 and 362. WAnt to drop one of them and thinking either 301 or 302, any recs on which one would be more helpful to take ASAP, especially for someone who is interested in hardware design, AI/ML applications as well. Also are either of them relevant for interviews or internships?
