What do you do if someone doesn’t pick up after they have paid & won’t answer chats (but has seen them)?

This woman paid for a tank top, it was like seven dollars, she Venmo’d me and said she would get it sometime that week. Well, that week came and I followed up with her got no response, followed up again, followed up again, followed up again-no response. She bought this the first week of March and it is now April 8. I messaged her yesterday one last time.

When I sold it to her, there were a lot of people asking for the item, but she had gotten to me first and then prepaid. My question is, if she doesn’t get back to me by end of day today and it’s been a month since she bought it…

Would it be wrong to block her and relist the tank? I know that she saw the chat I sent yesterday and is still just jot responding. I know that’s not the right thing to do, but it’s also on her for not coming to get it after a month and me doing my due diligence by contacting her over and over to come get it. Thoughts?

* I know it’s not that much money, but I lost my job and I have two special need dependents so every penny helps.
