[Bug] PvE Forcing me onto local servers

Even when "play on bsg servers" is ticked I'm being forced to play locally every raid.

Playing raids at 20-40 fps hosting the server when I'm used to 70+ is getting irritating.

Also a side note. I seem to be unable to transit from woods-customs on a locally hosted PvE server. Preventing me from progressing the event quest line.
