About Marina's spelling

Marina calls Vadim "Vadik" and Asya "Aska". In episode 3, Asya also misremembered names when talking to Tosya.

So was Marina's misspellings a sign of her condition or am I missing out on something?

Also while we are on topic I've seen people take Marina's "lack of emotion" as a certainty but we see her freak out over Ira in her apartment so I like to think that she didn't fake them all the time. (Like when they went to the cinema)
