Pregnant preboarding story [CLT]
I'm 15 weeks pregnant with my first, which I say to impart that I'm not showing a whole bunch yet. I've had awful "morning" (all day) sickness and fatigue even into this early part of my second trimester. I also have a chronic disease that is mostly invisible apart from my pregnancy, so I'm basically exhausted all the time.
I went up to ask about preboarding since standing in long lines makes everything worse. There were 2 gate agents, and the female gate agent goes, "pregnancy isn't a sickness". Thankfully, the male gate agent stepped in and said it was fine and to please preboard.
I didn't learn until after I don't even technically need to give a reason 🙄 I was surprised at the male vs. female help here, but shout-out to him for helping me out. That said, really felt like the female agent should've been kinder about it all.
