I woke up with a wierd shaking on my whole body, was it a seizure?

It should be less than an hour after I fell asleep when I woke up like the title says. To describe it specifically is that feeling when youre being tickled aggressively, but cant do anything about it, couldnt move, and my stomach felt numb, also had my ears ringing and hearing some weird stuff, basically whole bady was stiff, numb, and shaking for about five or ten seconds. it happened a few days ago but i cant stop thinking what was that all about.
