TCS vs Tech Mahindra vs HCL Tech | 8 YOE | Cloud Architect/Engineer | Seeking advice on growth and WLB ?

Hello People, Hope you are doing good today!

I am currently working in a mid tier company with 2 day hybrid mode and need to join in 10 days as I have already resigned.

I have offer from 3 companies TCS, Tech Mahindra and HCL Tech.

All are giving me a hike of approx 45-50 % on my current salary. I have a travel time of approximately 1-1.2 hours one way and need to choose wisely that which organisation will be best suited for me in current times.

I am working on Azure and cloud technologies and would really appreciate your guidance to help choosing me the bestest of best
