Himark HVAC

Hi, my brother is applying for HVAC at high mark college, he is not that good with English and he graduated high school from outside cananda so they’re doing him an entrance exam (idk how that’ll be for him cuz they said it’s doable). Is the program itself worth it? Will he be able to understand the course itself or will they be understanding? Will he be able to find a job after it?

We need him to have a diploma or certificate it doesn’t matter but asap to enrol and be doable if he’s not the best with English ( might need a translator lol)
