What do i need to know about demo days?

There's a demo day a 2 hour drive from me next month. I'd really like to get some seat time on a Chief, but also some of the other models. Mostly to help me get an idea of what I want my next bike to be for when I'm ready. What do I need to know? What gear do I have to bring? How do I get to ride the bikes i actually want to ride? it's the 15th-16th a Friday and Saturday. Should I try and go on the Friday to get a better chance at riding the bikes i want to ride or will it really matter? I've been to the dealership it will be at once before and it's in pretty much in the middle of nowhere. So im not sure how big the even will really get.
