Sad pregnancy is over and can’t stop thinking about delivery

Title says it all but I was not prepared for the grief that would come with pregnancy being over. It feels like the baby in my belly was taken away from me and the baby I have now isn’t mine. I look at pictures of the day he was born every day and cry that I can’t relive the morning he was born. I’m almost 4 weeks PP now.
