TikTok return offline label

So right when the system went down I was doing a TikTok return and as I waited for CMS to load until it said there was an issue and asked if I wanted to work offline or retry. I picked work offline and an offline label printed and I just figured I could scan it in later. When the system came back I tried to scan it but it won’t print a label, it treats it as a pre paid drop off. There was a lot going on at the time so I didn’t get the customers phone number and the system didn’t ask for it like it normally did.

How do I get this label to print? All I have is the tracking number. If anyone could help I would really appreciate it.
