Vinted users based in US

Hi everyone, I'm a UK collector and I've been looking at listings on mercari. Unfortunately, mercari do not allow anyone outside of the US to make accounts, buy or sell. Having discussed shipping prices in the UK before it seems most methods can become very pricey and are open to customs and tariffs costs. However, through vinted it is not only cheaper but often they will cover extra costs for you. Because of this I was wondering if anyone would consider buying a mercari listing and relisting it on vinted to bypass ridiculous shipping expenses. Obviously if shipping were an extra cost from mercari I'd pay and I'd pay extra for the effort if needed
