Can we talk mini-lift/s-lift?
I'm very carefully considering this option as the skin on either side of my mouth is starting to sag, Note: I have a congenital muscle disease due to which my face muscles are quite underdeveloped and as a result my cheek bones point out a lot and my face is quite narrow. What I want to prevent is a very unnatural look, or even more emphasis on my cheek bones. Surely, men have mini-lifts as well and don't end up with super visible cheek bones, right?
Can anyone tell me what to expect with regards to results and healing? Would I be able to work again after a week, and not look like I put my face into a farming machine? Anyone had a mini-lift with local anesthesia only? Thanks to my muscle condition I can only have general in a proper hospital with specialized recovery. Which is not where such surgeons work here. But local anesthesia is fine, if I get frequent further shots during surgery. I'm in Europe, thus things probably work differently here than in the US. Also, technique might be a bit more behind and more natural results more normal.. not sure though.
