F20 Could an enlarged lymph node with increased monocytes and decreased lymphocytes be lymphoma?

Physician Responded

I have a lump on my neck under my jaw, hard and immobile (the skin moves) lymph node, I noticed it from one day to the next, my neck is swollen, I feel a stretching sensation.

My blood tests are good, I have no shortage of red blood cells

OB 4, CRP 0.9.

I was sick 2 weeks ago and it went away and I felt the node about 4 days ago.

My lymphocytes are 1,38 but in percentage they have 26,1.

But my monocytes which are normal are normal and have 0,79 in percentage they have 14,9.

As for my other results, leukocytosis 5,29, blood platelets 253, hemoglobin 16. The rest is generally okay.

Does this indicate lymphoma hodgkin or should I not worry about it sm?
